My very first time receiving Reiki energy healing was with Katie. I was familiar with this modality, but had never tried it before. I was even skeptical about doing it virtually, as I didn't think it'd have any effect. All I can say is that I was absolutely blown away by Katie's gift and ability, both in group and private settings. She has such a calming voice and very peaceful presence, which made the entire experience all the more relaxing and healing. She starts out with a short meditation, and this was the perfect way for me to relax and get into the state of receiving Reiki for the remainder of the time. I enjoyed both the group and private settings, and having others in the virtual meeting did not distract me at all. The private session is of course just you and Katie, and you receive more personalized guidance and healing, which is wonderful! My best advice is to go to her website to learn more about this energy modality and her (she's really cool and super kind!), simply breathe, and come open minded. You won't be disappointed! Katie is the only Reiki healer I will see, even though we are states apart. I am so grateful I found her, and I look forward to many more future sessions with her!

I’ve had a couple coaching sessions with Katie, and each one I left with more clarity. She led me through guided meditations to get to the root of what my inner child needs and where my trauma stems from. She made sure we got to the root of the issue before moving on. We went in depth about fight, flight, and freeze trauma. I left the sessions with new knowledge to integrate and exercises to help me. Since the sessions, I’ve been integrating the exercises I was given, and it’s been helping a lot. Katie created a safe space to express emotion and get to the root of what I was feeling. She is a very knowledgeable and trauma informed coach.

Katie is such a beautiful, divine guide. It's hard to put into words how powerful our session was.

I have struggled with anxious attachment to people for most of my life; being told this years ago, I still never understood why or where it came from. Katie was able to gently and effectively guide me into meditation, where I was able to reconnect with my inner child at the ages where this attachment developed.

Freedom is huge for me! After the virtual coaching session with Katie, I felt lighter! I felt a connection with the 12 year old child within me whom I abandoned and ignored for years of my life due unhealed childhood trauma.

There were so many synchronicities immediately after our session that was reaffirming and confirming to me that I was free from the bondage of abandonment.
