I woke up one day with pain in my ear and involuntary facial movements. I was diagnosed with an ear infection and I thought nothing of it until the right side of my face became paralyzed. I sought out for more doctors and finally an ENT told me it was bells palsey. I was given steroids to help with the movement but after a couple of weeks I saw no results. Prom and graduation were coming up and somehow I heard about Dr. Kouka. I saw him three times before prom and I was able to move my face perfectly!! Simply put, I went to see him with months of dehabilitating pain with limited mobility in my knees from severe osteoarthritis - and left after my first visit walking and driving normally.

Figured it was to good to be true, but it lasted through 3 weeks to my next visit. I was still well, but needed four visits to have my body gain it's new muscle memory.

The formula is simple:

1. Do your specific exercises, all of four simple but effective exercises. A MUST.

2. Our body is all connected, so our pain usually stems from another part and another. For me, my lower back and shoulder were aggravating my knee pain, requiring some simple adjustment with my exercise follow up.

I have been seeing Dr Nabil for the last 4 years. After having a major back surgery in 2010 which consisted of a disc replacement one vertebrae and fusion and fusion on the vertebrae above. I suffered excruciating pain and spasms. I saw several different pain management doctors who was giving me steroid injections and pain medication. After seeing Dr Nabil. I came off all pain and spastic medications. Dr Nabil and his staff are extremely compassionate and when I was in severe pain they always treated me either that day or the next day. Before seeing Dr Nabil I saw several orthopedic surgeons which recommended an additional surgery to fuse two discs in my back where I would lose a significant amount of mobility. After being treated by Dr Nabil for several months my pain got significantly better. Four years later I had no surgery and lost no mobility in my back. I highly recommend Dr aNabil and his staff who helped me avoid another back surgery, eliminated my pain medication, and reduced my pain substantially.
