I had a wonderful experience. They went above and beyond to help me get the helmet approved. I would highly recommend. Everyone is so helpful and kind. They were so kind to me as well my baby. If I ever need to get a helmet I am definitely coming back. Amazing experience very happy customer.

I had a great experience with not only the amazingly friendly front desk administrator Dee but with the doctor as well. Scheduling appointments were easy and I always felt accommodated. At first, I was a very nervous however, I felt very reassured and comforted in my sons helmet journey. He was able to make great progress and I was never made to feel forced in continuing the process. Overall I was happy and pleased.

Excellent for helmets. I would recommend. Follow helmet instructions and your baby won’t be wearing one for long. Friendly staff, my baby was taken care of. Plenty of parking, elevator, no stress making appointment for baby. Dee is awesome!

We had a horrible experience with this company. They're all about making quick cash and not about the welfare of the child. They insisted that we switch insurance companies to their favorite particular one or else we'd have to pay cash out of pocket-when speaking with my own insurance company they said that is not the case and they would have approved it. We decided to go with a second opinion and upon going with a second company we realized how unprofessional Pedicare really was! They're supposed state of the art technology is second rate! They only measure the circumference of the child's head rather than the entire cranium. They missed several issues that my child is having completely. When I told them I was going with a different company they assured me that they would cancel the insurance claim. That was weeks ago and I just found out today that they never did it. Avoid this company at all costs! Total rip off and scam!
I'm also wondering why they have multiple business names for one company?
