I’ve worked with Aurora for the majority of my treatment sessions, and she is absolutely amazing. She communicates throughout the session to let you know what to expect and make sure you’re comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Incredible experience with Thérapie Flatiron! I originally found them on Instagram for their $395 Black Friday sale for Botox. After weighing them between two other places I went with Thérapie because they were most responsive, I liked the layout of their socials and website (some of the posts are quite funny!), and the reviews were great. I also like how they are inclusive of all genders, too. During my first consultation I felt very cared for, understood, and heard. The receptionists were lovely and friendly and my injector, Reeza, is amazing. I specifically requested her for my follow up and appreciated how much I learned about the process! I went in about a week later and the whole process was seamless. Minimal pain (like a tiny bee sting) and quite quick. I also like how they don't try to push anything extra on you (I've heard some bad stories about that from other places), and in fact when I asked about one other area of concern she specifically said that would be better for years down and to do at home treatments for now, suggesting an outside brand. As for the results, I'm on day 6 and my skin looks amazing! All fine lines are gone and everything looks great and natural! I'm beyond happy about these results and will definitely be returning. Walked in to be greeted by one of the staff in the clinic. The place was clean and nice. We had a free consultation and she walked us through the whole process explaining what laser hair removal was about and what to do pre and post laser removal care. The laser hair removal itself was pretty fast and painless. Loved how the technician made it quick. Overall, I’m glad I tried my first laser treatment here. So excited to see the results!

When I went to Therapie I was a little nervous since I’ve never done any laser treatments before, thankfully everyone there was so kind and considerate. Before I got my treatment I asked a whole bunch of questions, and my technician Eric answered every one, and put me at ease. During my treatment he checked in about my comfort level and we had a great conversation. He was friendly and very professional, I’m looking forward to my next appointment with him. I originally got laser elsewhere, and my hair came back as if I’d never done any laser hair removal before. Thousands of dollars spent, zero results. Thankfully, Therapie Clinic was brand new at the time, and they absolutely came to my rescue. Their prices are incredibly fair, and they explained to me how all lasers aren’t made the same. The lasers here are the newest on the market (thanks to their clinic being brand new), and they’re so thorough and honest with helping you decide on frequency, packages, and overall just what to do to achieve what you’re looking for.

The Therapie Clinic brand as a whole is known for being Europe’s No. 1 laser hair removal clinic, but after personal experience at one of their London locations, I can say this New York location is levels above even elsewhere within the same brand. Can’t recommend them enough, and I have done so already for so many friends!
