Being new to acupuncture, I was a little reluctant due to the treatment and doubtful of the benefits, however I was extremely impressed and I am pleased to report that both the treatment is relaxing more than anything and the releif was quite unbelievably great. Pain reduced after a single visit and gone after the second. Anna is professional, and wonderful as she explained everything before it was done and had a very high level of knowledge ( I had many questions) .
My experience with Anna and Grand Wellness was and is excellent every time I go.

I've been seeing Anna at Grand Wellness in Brantford for the past few months, and I can't recommend her enough! I initially came to her seeking support for stress, anxiety, and sleep difficulties and while stress is a constant in my life, my sessions with Anna have become a much-needed source of rest and relief.

She customizes each session based on how I'm feeling, often combining acupuncture, cupping, and electro-acupuncture to target my specific concerns.
