WOW… I have just recently met Ben and I’m extremely thrilled to have crossed paths with him.
He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his field. He educates you along the way which I find interesting, learning about my body.
I came to him originally for a severe shoulder issue that I had struggled with for months and after 2 sessions, I was good! Not long after, I pulled something in my lower back pretty bad. Again, Ben to my rescue. I have complete trust in his magical abilities 😊
I’ve come to realize my body is a complete disaster, but with continued visits, Ben is going to set me straight...LOL

Ben is by far one of the best massage therapists! He is thorough, and explains specific ways to help alleviate my pain by recommending stretches or exercises, or heat. Ben is able to identify muscles/areas that are sore, and it always makes sense with what work I was doing that week, it’s like magic!

Ben is the best. I had a wrist pain and had been to many physiotherapists, acupuncturists and massage therapists but none of them could figure out what the problem was. After suffering for months and spent a lot of time and money I met Ben who addressed the problem in the first session itself and fixed it.

Definitely recommend him.
