I first met Paul because him and his wonderful wife were looking for someone to watch their beautiful home while they were on vacation. Quite quickly, Paul and I clicked. He showed me care, attention, intuition, and a profound sense of knowing. Paul showed me connection and love. We talked about how I was feeling tired, slow, and experiencing brain fog. He told me about his life, how his environment and what he was consuming caused him to develop candida growth in his gut causing him to feel numb, slow and tired. He recommended that I meet with a medical intuitive and shared how his life completely changed after he was shown the truth behind how food and diet directly determines how you feel.

I met with the medical intuitive who told me to start a strict diet, and begin taking Candex, a pill that breaks down the yeast membrane and ultimately kills candida. I felt the difference in my mood, and my body after a week.

I am clearer, happier, brighter, shinier, and more sparkly than I have ever been in my life. I am so grateful to Paul and his advice. He woke me up, and I am so privileged to have met him.

I love getting bodywork from Paul! It is one of my favorite things to do. Paul does an amazing job at making me feel comfortable in the space before and after sessions. Last year my jaw felt out of place due to stress, and this caused me to be disoriented. Paul said when bones in the head are misaligned, it affects your whole being. After one session, my jaw relaxed and I returned to being myself. Magic!
The way I feel after these sessions is relaxed and attuned. I truly wish everyone could feel this type of relaxation.

Paul is truly amazing. We took our 4 weeks old baby boy, who had a lip,
buccals and tongue tie procedure done at 2 weeks old. Even tho baby had improved after the procedure he was still struggling a lot especially with latching, and gulping air. We knew improvement takes time after the procedure but still thought that there was something more to do. So here is when we decided to take him to Paul, and that was with no regret, baby came out of the session as a new baby. He was latching SO much better and was a happier baby overall. We saw Paul again for a second session couple weeks after and baby improved even more.
Paul was very patient as our little guy was crying a lot the first time. I definitely recommend Paul as CST practitioner, he helped our baby boy tremendously and we can't thank him enough!
