I cannot say enough kind words about Menayra! She was absolutely incredible. Such a sweet and caring soul. Honestly the best massage I have ever had and my first lymphatic drainage. Absolutely night and day how I felt coming into the office vs leaving. I have had a ton of weight lifted off my shoulders and will now be a regular! I will recommend her to all of my friends & family!

One of the best massages I’ve had!! She was so particular to my needs, especially since I had a sunburn at the time… she still made it possible for me to have a great experience and provide lots of relief to my body. I also loved the holistic aspects of the massage and the different techniques she utilized when needed (ex: cupping, hot stones ). There was a conversation about everything which made me feel very comfortable! She also explained about why certain areas of my body possibly had more tension than others. Overall, 100% recommend services here. I’d come back but I was on vacation!

I highly recommend Menayra for deep tissue massage and therapy. She was very personable and I felt very comfortable with her. I have several back and neck injuries from car accidents and now dealing with hip pain and nerve pain in that same leg for the last year. I scheduled a 90 min session and left without pain in my hip and leg. I go to a chiropractor regularly but recently the treatments have not been able to help with my hip pain so I was so excited to be able to sleep without as much pain after almost a year and after only one treatment. I look forward to my next appointment and focusing on my back pain this time.

I recently completed the 12-week Holistic Synergy Coaching Program with Menayra and it was life changing! From our first session through our last I was always felt that Menayra truly cares for me and my well being. I found opening up to her about difficult subjects easy because it came with no judgement. If you are truly ready to dig deep and do the work to heal yourself she can guide you on that journey! I loved how we started each session talking and it ended with healing practices. This could be restorative yoga, massage, reiki, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage massage, mediation, breathing techniques and more. I will miss our twice a week sessions. I highly recommend seeing Menayra for any holistic healing you need.

Menayra is a wonderful and beautiful soul who radiates love and positive energy. I did a 2 hour reiki session with her and I received 10x more healing with her than I have in any deep tissue massage. I went in to relieve horrible tension I carry in my neck and shoulders and the reiki lifted so much negativity that I didn’t even realize I was carrying. She is incredible and the work she is doing is a blessing, and she herself is a blessing. Holistic healing has been a new journey for me. I live a little over an hour away from Lakeland, but I would drive even further to see her. If you are looking for a different way to heal your mind, body, soul, and spirit then you have to go see Menayra. Sending a lot of love, light, and positivity for anyone in need of healing.

Menayra is simply wonderful. She is a true humanitarian who genuinely cares for others. Not only does she help relieve sore muscles & aches and pains, but she is also really knowledgeable about how to manage stress and all the heartaches in life. I left feeling better physically and mentally. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a great massage and tension release!!
