I had really nice experience with Austin Carrol. She is very kind person who listened carefully for my concerns and provide her advice. I was used to go Irine Gunn at Jockvale massage and physio. She is a bad tempered women. I am glad I found this location and Austin as my provider. Kneaded touch you just found a long term customer thanks to Austin.

Massage rooms had calm ambient, helped me to relax during the massage. Prices are fair compared to the other nearby places.

Honestly very dissatisfied with my service today. To put 115$ to walk out with the same issue I walked in with was very disappointing. I have never walked out of this place so upset but I will definitely not be coming back after today. I feel like I paid for something I could have done at home.

Karyn was so great - 10/10 would recommend! We brought our little one here on the recommendation of an IBCLC following some challenges with latching during breastfeeding. Karyn was kind, knowledgeable and so gentle with him. She provided us with lots of excellent professional advice, including exercises to work on at home, as well as personal and anecdotal advice as a parent herself. We noticed a huge improvement in his jaw movement and flexibility as a result, making feeding much more comfortable for us both.

I loved coming here and already have my next appointment booked. I scheduled a same-day prenatal appointment due to some serious back pain. I left a message to see if they could squeeze me in and they called back within 15 minutes or so and got me in the same day. I was paired with Leah and she clearly has a passion for taking care of pregnant women. She made sure I was comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. I also felt like their price for a one hour massage was very fair, especially when compared to some other businesses who were sometimes double the cost.

There is no need for a receptionist as booking is done totally online through the highly functional Jane app.
