I was having trouble breathing deeply and overall movement due to a chronic injury flaring up. Mel was able to release my diaphragm and work on the area between my ribs to help me through the flare up. I highly recommend her, especially for breath and abdomen work! Her space is beautiful and relaxing!

I went in the massage without being able to explain my pain points, however Melania was able to find my pain points and release the pressure with ease.
