After being repeatedly disappointed with the incompetence of the medical system, my husband and I sought out a medical professional with a holistic approach for our children. Dr. Alexandra Lee has treated two of our children (with very different concerns) and we are beyond grateful for her knowledge, holistic approach to care, professionalism and kindness. Unlike any medical practitioner before, she had went through a detailed survey of our child’s medical history, diet, sleep. She was able to give us insight into the issues concerning us and give us concise recommendation on treatment. We never felt pushed to make another appointment, to purchase anything we didn’t need. We are so grateful to be in her care and would recommend her to anyone. Thank you, Dr. Lee, for providing a much needed service. We are beyond grateful to you.

Unfortunately nothing at the website and at the clinic is transparent which made me very uncomfortable.
1. The fees for most of the services are not listed anywhere(not on the website, not in the reception where there is no receptionist)
2. There is no information that the clinic isn’t accessible and that there is a flight of stairs to climb.
3. Even if I wanted to find out about the fee for the service, I couldn’t. Noone picks up the phone, there is noone like a patient care coordinator or a receptionist.
4. There is nothing mentioned that for certain services payment by the credit card is not accepted and you just find out how much you need to e-transfer to a practitioner after you check your email after thr visit. Extremely strange. So shady.
5. Be prepared that certain visits are not covered by your insurance although they should be if the practitioner is registered with the required association, but at this clinic some are not. I was very disappointed when my claim was denied by my insurance company because of that issue.

Transparency is crucial. Sadly that’s not the case at that clinic that’s why my experience with them wasn’t good at all.

Had my 1st foot and face reflexology session with Angela today & Truthfully it was the best facial/ foot massage I’ve ever had.
I booked the 80 min session and ended up taking a deep snooze.
My Skin feels & looks amazing.
After the treatment I felt uplifted, energized and I’m still very relaxed hours later.
Look forward to my next appt.

Had my first facial reflexology with Angie last week and she is just amazing!! Hands down the best facial massage, I even had a nap because I was so relaxed! If you haven't tried it yet you should! A+++ Very relaxing & perfect after a very stressful day! Thank you Angie, soft hands & a lovely, calming energy made this experience delightful. Will definitely be going back for more 😊

wow. had my first reflexology facial today with Angela Trevivian and left feeling like a puddle of goo (the good kind) and, I think, my skin looked & felt amazing. I will absolutely be back for additional services. note - park behind the building, off Doug Duncan, and enter via the rear door next to the coffee shop. there are quite a few stairs to get to her office.

I recently had a reflexology appointment with Angie at Newmarket Naturopath. This was my first visit with her and it won't be my last. The clinic was very clean and inviting - a nice relaxing atmosphere to nurture the mind, body and spirit. Angie was very thorough in identifying why and what I was hoping to gain from reflexology treatment. I had a flurry of questions when the treatment started and she (very patiently) answered everything with ease. I don't relax very easily and in no time I was asleep on the treatment table. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Lee was very warm and gentle to my situation. No waiting time before my appointment. Not rushed. Great parking behind the building at no charge. The treatment space was inviting and large. Her hands on approach to the treatment was just what I needed. Her after care suggestions was professional and a good reminder on how to be kind to myself. I actually fell asleep that night hours before I normally have. Her treatment works. I have book more appts with Dr. Lee and look forward to coming back.
