Booked an appt to see a pharmacist for a prescription.
Store hasn't even opened by the time of my appt, which was scheduled for 15mins after open. Waited around for an extra 15mins. At this point store opening is 30mins late. No one has shown up.
No notice, no communication. What are they doing here?

I’ve never had such a horrible experience in any pharmacy . It was a late Monday morning and the staff already seemed pissed before I got there. I just read the Google reviews and discovered that’s how they are. Disappointing that Rexall condones such rude employee behaviour, especially from the lead pharmacist.

This is my first Google review, but the service I received was so subpar I felt it warranted a public warning. Do not go to or deal with this location. The pharmacist has to be one of the rudest individuals I have ever spoken to. Asked a simple question about the availability of a rapid test. They did not have it, which is fine, but he answered rudely (again, not great, but fine) and hung up on me mid-sentence when I tried to ask a follow-up question. The entire interaction would have taken less than 1 minute if he had just done his job. I called back and chose to speak to someone at the front in order to complain. Went to him again for some reason. Although I was polite and actually apologized for complaining, I was berated and then hung up on again. Every call after I have been automatically hung up on. I see from other reviews that this is a widespread issue. Clearly this pharmacist is in over his head, and needs to find a new vocation. I've called corporate to complain, and will be following up with them. I urge anyone else who has dealt with this unpleasant individual to do the same. Hopefully, he will eventually be replaced by someone who actually can and wants to do his job.

Olumide Akinwunmi provided the most unpleasant experience during my recent interaction with this pharmacy. Despite receiving a notification from Rexall that my prescription was ready, when I called and shared only my first name, he abruptly claimed it wasn't available and ended the call mid my sentence. Upon calling back to clarify, I was met with further rudeness as he shouted, "IT'S NOT HERE," without even asking for my last name or other details. Attempts to explain the text message were futile as he hung up again, displaying a lack of professionalism and customer service. Extremely disappointed with the overall unhelpful and unprofessional encounter. Previously when I have called this pharmacy I have also had very similar and unpleasant interactions with this man. He pretends like it is not his job to answer questions and is alway so rude and disrespectful. I am going to leave this pharmacy because of him

Horribly rude staff. They cut me off multiple times before letting me explain my situation. Then were annoyed that they actually had to work. The main pharmacist is incredibly disrespectful, I don’t understand how this location is still open.

Really rude people. One time I tried to ask the woman a question about my prescription and she cut me off and told me to just read the pamphlet in the package. More often than not she sneers at customers condescendingly. The store isn’t reliably open when the posted hours say it is open. I will switch to Shoppers next time I get a prescription filled. Don’t give them your money.

I stopped by this Pharmacy today to inquire about a Rapid C19 test . The Pharmacist working behind the counter was BEYOND rude. Evidently they do give them out at this location …That is fine. But after informing me this he cut me off mid sentence to add “We are closed.”
I can’t imagine trusting the well being of my family with an individual who refused to answer 1 question for me.
I wish I could give a 0 star rating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
