Dr. Linda Shih, ND is an exceptionally talented naturopath whose perseverance and humanity truly stand out. She will not give up on you — ever. Her professional curiosity and deep knowledge make her a rare find in integrative healthcare. She is smiley, compassionate, thorough, and won’t rest until she finds the right solution for you. The clinic itself is very inviting and well kept, in-person and virtual appointments available, and every interaction with both the specialists and the admin team feels genuine and focused on your well-being. What an amazing hidden gem. I felt comfortable, safe and supported as soon as I walked up the stairs and entered this zen health space. I enjoyed an amazing pilates class that was intimate and Laura (instructor) was amazing and knew exactly how to explain things to make a difference in the poses and intensity. Physio, naturopath, RMT, hip hop, tai chi and acupuncture are all offered here as well. Met the entire team, what a great group. Congrats on creating a wonderful business!!

I have been waiting over two years for something to be done about my hip. I have talked to three doctors and five physiotherapists. I haven't received a clear and comprehensive analysis of what my issues were.

I went to see Kirsti (physiotherapist) and Ryan (Registered Massage Therapist) for an assessment. I did this because of confusing messages I was getting about what my issues actually were. I am scheduled for surgery later this spring and, given what I was told, I wasn't sure whether I should proceed with the surgery.

KIrsti and Ryan explained, in detail, what was going on and how things interrelated. Based on the information I received, I have decided to proceed with the surgery.

Kirsti and Ryan are a great team. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend either of them.

I’ve had a good experience at this clinic with Laura at an intro to Pilates, with Kristi in physio & Pilates, with Dr Jeanny, ND & even tried a hip hop class and met Dr Linda ND.
