We did an appointment from the Shoppers website to have our flu shots and we didn’t know that if it’s on Sundays redirects you to Loblaws upstairs.
We asked at the shoppers pharmacy and the lady and gentleman there yelled at us that was at Loblaws which is unacceptable, Shoppers should review their training in quality service which seems to be very poor with this two staff members, who by the way were yelling to an old lady before us with no reason either.
If they don’t have costumer service skills they should not be allowed to attend customers

I had an  awful eye pain tonight,  and A few hours ago, I went to the shoppers drug mart located at  4865 Leslie St, Toronto, ON M2J 2K8.
The power went out in the whole area, but all the staff were inside.A Lady  was there to pick up important medicine  and she wanted to pay in cash. Even though the medicine was  ready in a pocket with a receipt, but they were refusing to deliver it, the customer was begging them for a long time, at least they opened the door and gave her the pocket. I asked the staff who opened the door, I just have a question and if there is a medicine for my pain I can pay in cash, but the employee who had opened the door just told me NO, NO, NO ! she did not even pay attention to my question!!
I drove to another Shoppers with pain! and there they told me there is no over the counter solution for my problem.  The first store could provide me with this answer and not make me drive with pain. I had a minor  car accident on the way back home as my pain got worse. I Just wonder why an important store which is related to people's health and life,  does not have a power generator? IN addition, why are the staff not trained  properly to at least listen to the customers request!!

The store is not as bad as the pharmacy that I had to leave for another Shoppers Drug Mart after some terrible experience with them. . The 3 male pharmacists at the pharmacy there were the worst I have ever encountered. All of them were rude, impatient and could be ridiculous such as insisting on my waiting for 2 days before I can get some popular prescription drug that doctors in hospital told me to start taking immediately. The woman pharmacist who seemed to be the owner and worked there sometimes was very reasonable and polite though. I left this location one year ago and I am glad that I did that.

Waiting in line so long I decided to write a review. A lady in front of me and I are being ignored in the drop off line. Been waiting for about ten minutes without acknowledgment from anyone. Just moved to this area and likely won’t give them my business. North York is ghetto and Markham is better.

I should've read the reviews before going to this location. This is the most incompetent and inconsiderate group of pharmacy staff ever. I was told to comeback after an hour to pick up a prescription drug, only to be told that they don't have the dosage I need. Instead of calling the doctor, they told me to go back to the clinic and double check if the doctor wrote the correct dosage. How could this be possible when I even showed my previous prescription. Tara who is working at the front has no sense of urgency. To anyone whos planning to go here. Please go to another shopper's drug mart and do not waste your time at this location.

The Pharmacy has such bad customer service—the worst I have ever experienced. The wait times are long, the staff doesn't acknowledge you, and sometimes they text you to say that your prescription is ready only to find that it isn't. But you don't learn that until you have waited in line for 25 minutes.
They also don't answer their phones, so if you are trying to refill a medication that isn't available on the app, you have to stand in line for 20 minutes.
