I have been seeing Tracy for Cranio treatments for many years. Since the first time I met her, I've always felt that she has a beautiful energy and really cares about her clients. I've been seeing Tracy for CranioSacral therapy for the past several years. I was definitely a skeptic at first. After so many years of deep tissue massage for ongoing neck, jaw pain and headaches I wondered how a light therapy would work for me. After one treatment I was sold! The releases I experienced in just the first treatment by far exceeded those of years with deep tissue massage!!
I continue to see Tracy on a monthly basis to keep my pain at bay. I am truly grateful. On top of being an exceptionally skilled therapist, I consider Tracy to be a very kind and caring soul. She goes over and above and genuinely cares about her clients. One would be crazy not to see her in my opinion ?

Tracy is amazing!!!! I cannot stress more on that.
I took a couple sessions of CST with her and it has helped me immensely. I had suffered from chronic pain in my lower back and ankle for a while which got relieved to a great degree just after my first session. Also, Tracy exudes so much positive energy that meeting her feels less like therapy and more like a relaxing retreat?
She is such a fun and charming therapist!
I now make it a point to take some sessions with her before my exams. It has greatly helped me with my anxiety too.

Tracy is an amazing massage therapist and CranioSacral therapist. I've known her since 2009 and continue to see her even though I've moved quite far. She's totally worth the drive! CranioSacral therapy is so gentle, yet effective and the process and results feels so different from other treatments. Love it!
