Perfect store to get all your essentials oils and products. All the oils are on display to smell and read about. Lots of accessories to look at, rooms for classes and beautiful displays. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable plus the store smells amazing ❤️

When you walk through the door you feel like you're home! A bright yet cozy atmosphere, very friendly and knowledge staff. It's so amazing to see the walls lined with essential oils! Definitely stop by of you are near Brampton!

I have been a member for last 10 years this month I would have celebrated 10 years with YL. Unfortunately I had to say my goodbye due to companies MANY changes in the past few years. Here are top 3 things why I wouldn't recommend YL:
1. Customer service disaster!!! TERRIBLE they outsourced it to Philippines and all I can say is BIG MISTAKE!
2. No Canadian phone number for anything? You simply can not speak with anyone in Canada about anything, they will call you ... what a joke!
3. Ontario experience centre, they try to be there for you but lack of people working there just doesn't cut it any more. They conduct business like it's 1999, multi billion dollar corporation that doesn't invest a dime into their customers, they tell you they do but they don't.

Great product, oils, skin care etc but poor customer service.
Will find another way to support my family's health and avoid stressing out EVERY SINGLE MONTH!

Such a stressful time trying to interact with these people.

Ordered something online and made sure to put it for pickup. We show up and they tell me oh it's being delivered.

After telling them and showing them i put it up as pick up they told me. Well we can't do anything about it since it's their US system.

Anyways they had to cancel my order and redo it so I can get my stuff. A week later I receive my order in the mail. I made sure to return it since I don't want these scam artists to charge me again.

I have been using essential oils for more than 10 years. I found Young living essential oils online so I drove to Brampton to check out their brick and mortar store..
Customer service was not the best. It took it these five minutes for anyone to acknowledge me.
I proceeded to ask questions about they're different essential oils. Unfortunately the staff was not able to answer my questions and referred me to and order guide.
For the insane price of they are charging their customer service should be top notch. And their stuff should be completely educated with the oils.

I enjoy many of their products but yesterday I was incredibly disappointed with the customer service I experienced. I had come in after work, and it was empty and there was only one customer being served. I walked in and got in line to wait my turn. The young lady who worked there did not acknowledge me at all, despite the fact that the customer she was serving was taking a very long time. He was ordering a great deal of items and kept asking her to check the price of each item he wanted for his two different accounts - she was basically forming his order on the spot. Not once did she think to say to me "Sorry for the delay" or "Let me see if I can get someone to help you" or even think to just ask the man she was serving to give her a minute while he sorted out what he wanted and checked to see what I needed. I had been waiting for almost 20 minutes when I finally caught another gentleman's attention who worked there and had to ask for someone to serve me. All I needed was one thing. Needless to say, I was not happy with the service I received. And, when I finally did get assistance, the lady felt the need to make mention that I had dirt on my forehead (it was Ash Wednesday and the dirt on my forehead was ashes in the clear shape of a cross and I am a Roman Catholic who had attended a mass earlier that day).
